Dive Dry with Dr. Bill

Fish and Invertebrates of the Sea of Cortez

Available Now

This DVD focuses on the unique marine life of the Gulf of California. This region is also referred to as the "Sea of Cortez" although most Mexican nationals prefer the first name due to Cortez' rather nasty reputation of conquest, plunder and rape! I don't blame them. However, Sea of Cortez fits more easily onto the DVD cover! Video filmed for this DVD focuses on the Gulf of California Special Biosphere Preserve located between La Paz and Loreto on the Baja California coast, with additional footage filmed in the Cabo San Lucas area at the southern end of the Baja Gulf.

This DVD is offered in two different versions. A one disc one hour version features two 30-minute videos, "Common Invertebrates of the Gulf of California" and "Common Fish of the Gulf of California. A two disc two hour version adds two additional 30-minute videos "New Footage from the La Paz Region" and "Marine Life of Cabo San Lucas."

The price for the single DVD version is $25 plus state sales tax of $2.56 (10.25%) is required if shipped to a California address. The double DVD version is $45.00 plus $4.61 California state sales tax (10.25%). Postage for either via first class mail is $2.50. Other options include USPS Priority Mail. My DVDs may be ordered on-line using PAYPAL with payments made to my account, bushing@post.harvard.edu.
