This DVD includes two 22-min videos that are part of Dr. Bill Bushing's "Dive Dry with Dr. Bill" series. The two episodes included are intended to be companion videos for instructors teaching, and students taking the Fish ID and/or Naturalist specialty courses. They are also featured as episodes in Dr. Bill's proposed cable TV series "Munching and Mating in the Macrocystis." NOTE: this DVD now includes a third 22-min episode, the introductory episode to the Munching and Mating in the Macrocystis cable TV show that I am marketing.

The Fish ID episode offers short segments on 75 different fish and other vertebrates (birds and mammals) seen in our SoCal giant kelp forests. The Naturalist episode includes over 90 segments on marine invertebrates seen in these important habitats.

The segments are narrated with brief information about each species, and are intended as a short introduction to our marine life. Other episodes in the series giving in-depth information on the natural history and ecology of these species are also available. Adults and children, divers and non-divers, fishers, boaters and even landlubbers will enjoy learning more about these these critters. The award-winning footage has been praised as some of the best representations of our marine life.
